Fabullous way to eat sweet potatoes. These are awesome. Hope you enjoy as much as we do.

Ingredients
  • 3 sweet potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Directions
  1. Melt butter in a large frying pan then add potatoes and sprinkle with lemon juice tossing to coat.
  2. Sprinkle sugar over potatoes then fry until potatoes are tender and glazed turning often to keep from burning.
