Wheat-free Blueberry Maple Crisp

- 2 1/2 cups frozen blueberries shopping list
- 1 3.8 oz,(single serve size) applesauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tbl.corn startch shopping list
- 1 tbl.lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 tsp.cinnamon shopping list
- Toppping: shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tbl.corn startch shopping list
- 1/2 cup,quick oats shopping list
- 1/2 cup nut meal,(I used pecan meal,but walnut,almond or hazelnut would do also,or even pumpkin seed) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp.cinnamon shopping list
- 1/3 cup real maple syrup shopping list
- 3 tbl.butter,melted shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl,combine berries,applesauce,sugar,lemon juice,corn startch and cinnamon.Place in either a 2 qt oven proof dish or 9x9 pan.
- Topping:In a bowl combine brown suger,corn startch,oats,cinnamon,and nut meal with a fork.Pour maple syrup,and butter into bowl and stir until all is moistened.
- Sprinkle over fruit mix and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to1 hour or until golden and fruit is soft.
- Let cool on rack for 15 minutes.
