How to make it

  • Rinse asparagus and trim ends.
  • Put trimmed asparagus into large ziplock bag.
  • Drizzle generously with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle 1 tbsp sea salt into bag.
  • Sprinkle 1 tsp. garlic powder into bag.
  • Seal bag and gently work ingredients into asparagus.
  • Place bag in fridge and chill at least an hour.
  • Grill over med-hi heat 7-8 mins, rolling every couple mins to prevent burning.
  • **NOTE** we prefer the thinner asparagus. If all the store has are the thick ones, I cut them in half.
