Ingredients

1 clove garlic, chopped

2 medium bell peppers, chopped

2 medium onions, chopped

2 lbs ground beef

2 tbsp chili powder

2 tbsp sugar

1 can ro-tel tomatoes

2 cans lima beans

2 cans whole kernel corn

2 cans red beans, drained

Directions

Saute onions, bell pepper, and garlic.

Brown meat.

Put all ingredients in large pot on low heat.

Simmer over low heat 1 1/2 hours.

Serve.
