Unique Italian cheese dessert. One can mix other good stuff into the cheese, like blueberries, strawberries etc. Great for kids !

Ingredients
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 oz. mini chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbs. powdered sugar or more to taste
  • 1/2 tsp grated orange peel
  • 1 tsp vanilla or orange extract ( optional )
  • 4 sugar wafer ice cream cup cones
  • marachino cherries for garnish

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except cones. until you wish to serve.
  2. Mix well and chill well.
  3. Then divide mixture into the cones and garnish as desired
