Ricotta Cheese Cones

Unique Italian cheese dessert. One can mix other good stuff into the cheese, like blueberries, strawberries etc. Great for kids !
Ingredients
- 1 cup ricotta cheese shopping list
- 1 oz. mini chocolate chips shopping list
- 2 Tbs. powdered sugar or more to taste shopping list
- 1/2 tsp grated orange peel shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla or orange extract ( optional ) shopping list
- 4 sugar wafer ice cream cup cones shopping list
- marachino cherries for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except cones. until you wish to serve.
- Mix well and chill well.
- Then divide mixture into the cones and garnish as desired
