These are simple and utterly delicious. Just like getting them in the restaurant ! Crispy outside, melty, stretchy cheese inside

Ingredients
  • 1 bar of whole milk mozarella cheese
  • Enough flour in a bowl, start with 1 cup
  • 3 to 4 beaten or as needed eggs- fork beaten,
  • Enough Italian breadcrumbs in a bowl, start with 1 cup
  • oil to deep fry

Directions
  1. Cut cheese into stick or cube shapes
  2. Dust cheese in flour then roll in egg and then into breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry in batches in hot oil ( 365 F ) until golden
  4. Drain on towel and serve at once with marinara sauce on the side.
