Southern Mustard Sauce For Ham

Given to me years ago by an 85 year old "genteel" southern lady. A most delicious sauce, makes ham "extra good", and is wonderful for sandwiches. It is my pleasure to share it with you. :)
Ingredients
- JUST AS SHE WROTE IT DOWN FOR ME shopping list
- 4 tablespoons dry mustard shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1/2 cup coffee cream (I use half and half) shopping list
- 1/2 cup red vinegar shopping list
- butter the size of an egg shopping list
How to make it
- Put all in top of double boiler
- Stir until thick
- great over ham - hot or cold
- You can't miss on this recipe
