Olive Nut Cheese Ball

- 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated fine (soft) shopping list
- 1 pound cream cheese, softened to room temperature shopping list
- 1 small bottle pimiento stuffed olives, drained well and chopped fine shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon chopped parsley flakes ( I usually add a little more!) shopping list
- 1 - 2 Tablespoons grated onion, more or less, to taste shopping list
- 1 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped fine shopping list
How to make it
- Use your hands to mix all ingredients really well, then roll into 1 or 2 cheese balls.
- Roll into chopped nuts, covering completely.
- Wrap in Saran wrap and refrigerate (overnight is best) until ready to serve.
- Serve with your favorite veggies and crackers.
