This soup is one of my favorite soups. It has cabbage, green beans, onions, tomatoes, swiss chard, seasonings. Chicken or beef boullion is optional. Other vegetables optional. The original one was found in Weight Watchers magazine.

Fixed the error. Thanks so much for letting me know about it. The original recipe had zucchini in it, but I don't like zuchini made that way. I found out about the ketchup when I didn't have any fresh tomatoes or canned ones either. The ketchup and red swiss chard give it a nice reddish color and flavor. I've also put beets in it before.

Very good. I used chopped spinach instead of Chard. And I used chicken bouillion cubes. Yummy!
