How to make it

  • Beat until right consistency.
  • NOTE: The directions above were all I got from Nana. In doing it myself, I follow these directions:
  • Beat egg white until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in powdered sugar and then gradually add strawberries and beat until light, fluffy and stiff peaks form Enough frosting for 2 9" layers. Refrigerate cake after frosting. Make sure cake is completely cooled before icing.
