Teriyaki Pork In The Crock Pot Recipe
TERIYAKI PORK IN THE CROCK POT This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Bevin Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1990.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 pounds boneless pork loin roast halved
  • 7-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons cold water

Directions
  1. Combine the first seven ingredients in a greased slow cooker then add roast and turn to coat.
  2. Cover and cook on low 8 hours then remove roast and keep warm.
  3. In a saucepan combine cornstarch and cold water until smooth stir in cooking juices.
  4. Bring to boil then cook and stir for 2 minutes then serve with roast.
