Spicy Salmon Patties

- 2 x 170g cans of salmon shopping list
- Dash of oil (I use olive) shopping list
- 1-2 cloves garlic shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups fresh breadcrumbs shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons of fresh chopped coriander shopping list
- 2 chopped spring onions shopping list
- 1 t of worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 de-seeded and chopped red chilli shopping list
- 2 t lime juice shopping list
- salt & black pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Fry a little olive oil & garlic for 2 minutes
- Add canned drained salmon & cook 3 minutes
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl
- If this is for an appetizer break into 15 small balls, place on a plate and put in the fridge for 30 minutes so they bind together. I use my nifty tupperware pattie maker moulds and make 5-6 large patties for dinner.
- Fry in as little oil as you can in a non-stick pan.
