How to make it

  • Fry a little olive oil & garlic for 2 minutes
  • Add canned drained salmon & cook 3 minutes
  • Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl
  • If this is for an appetizer break into 15 small balls, place on a plate and put in the fridge for 30 minutes so they bind together. I use my nifty tupperware pattie maker moulds and make 5-6 large patties for dinner.
  • Fry in as little oil as you can in a non-stick pan.
