Ingredients
  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, divided
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tub(8 oz) whipped topping, thawed and divided
  • 8 chocolate sandwich cookies, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted

Directions
  1. Line a 8 x 4 inch loaf pan with foil
  2. Mash 2 cups of the fresh strawberries in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in the condensed milk, juice, and 2 cups of the whipped topping.
  4. Pour into the prepared pan.
  5. Top with the combined chopped cookies and the butter.
  6. Press into the mixture.
  7. Cover.
  8. Freeze at least 6 hours.
  9. To serve, invert onto a serving plate. Remove the foil.
  10. Frost with the remaining whipped topping. Top with remaining strawberries, sliced
