How to make it

  • Line a 8 x 4 inch loaf pan with foil
  • Mash 2 cups of the fresh strawberries in a large bowl.
  • Stir in the condensed milk, juice, and 2 cups of the whipped topping.
  • Pour into the prepared pan.
  • Top with the combined chopped cookies and the butter.
  • Press into the mixture.
  • Cover.
  • Freeze at least 6 hours.
  • To serve, invert onto a serving plate. Remove the foil.
  • Frost with the remaining whipped topping. Top with remaining strawberries, sliced
