Apple Blackberry Pie In A Bag Recipe

Ingredients

Apple Blackberry Pie in a Bag

1 unbaked pie shell

5 cups apples chopped into chunks

2 cups blackberries

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup flour

2 tablespoons flour

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup very soft butter

Directions

Toss fruit in a bowl with 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon.

Fill pie shell and pile high in the middle then sprinkle with lemon juice.

Mix remaining sugar, 1/2 cup flour and butter to make a soft paste then spread on top of fruit.

Put pie in a large paper bag and close open end then set on rack in center of oven.

Bake 1 hour at 400 then cool 10 minutes before removing from bag.
