Ingredients

2 pounds of unpeeled shrimp (medium to large size)

1 cup of salad oil (wesson)

1 cup of fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons of Italian salad dresing mix

2 teaspoons of seasoned salt

2 teaspoons of seasoned pepper

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

4 tablesoons of brown sugar

4 tablespoons of brown sugar

4 tablespoons of soy sauce

1/2 cup of sliced scallions

Wash shrimp and drain on paper towels. Mix oil, lemon juice, salad

dressing, salt pepper,worcestershire sauce. Place shrimp in bowl and cover with marinade. Marinade 2-4 hours or overnite, stir occasionally. Put shrimp on skewers. Place on grill, medium heat. Grill 4-5 minutes each side. Turn once and brush with marinade. Poor remaining marinade into pan, stir in brown sugar, soy sauce and scallions. Heat to boil and serve as a dipping sauce.
