Pineapple Salad

This is another one of my mothers recipes but I have made this and it is good. Just guessing on the cook time. Like a lot of my recipes I don't time them just cook them.
Ingredients
- 1 egg beaten shopping list
- 3 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon corn startch shopping list
- juice from can of pineapple shopping list
- 1 can of pineapple shopping list
- 10 marshmellows shopping list
How to make it
- Beat the egg in a heavy sauce pan, add the sugar, corn starch and pineapple juice.
- Cook on medium heat until it thickens.
- When cool add the pineapple and marshmellows.
- Put in freg to let set.
