Erin (age 10) came up with this while playing "Rachel Ray" It works well in an Easy-Bake Oven too.

Ingredients
  • 1 Hershey chocolate bar (she is firm on the brand!!!)
  • 12 Mini marshmallows
  • 6 whole graham crackers

Directions
  1. Break the Hershey bar into 12 pieces
  2. break the crackers into 24 squares
  3. place a chocolate piece and marshmallow on 12 cracker squares
  4. top with cracker square.
  5. arrange on a microwave safe dish and microwave for 30 seconds to one minute.
  6. Be careful not to let the marshmallows explode, because then you need to pry the dish off the turntable, pry the turntable out of the microwave, and work for hours to get all the marshmallow off. while mom stands over you not looking too happy. Oh yeah, remember to ask her first, then maybe she'll look a little happier.
