This is a great yummy recipe that makes tender yummy stew.

Ingredients
  • Chuck Roast cubed
  • Carrots
  • Any vegetables you wish to add (potatoes, celery etc, I just used carrots)
  • 1 can Italian Stewed Tomatoes
  • 1 can diced and peeled italian tomoatoes
  • 1/2 can Tomato Paste
  • 1 whole yellow onion cut in 1/2 inch pieces
  • 2 packets of Onion Soup Mix
  • Ground white pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste ( remember Soup MIx has salt)
  • Powdered Garlic to taste
  • Soduim free Beef Broth
  • water - amounts vary depending on size of crockpot

Directions
  1. Place vegetables at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Place cubed meat over vegetables.
  3. Add Salt, Pepper and Garlic to taste (remember broth and Soup Mix already has Salt) I dont put salt, becuase my taste is sensitive to salt
  4. Dump contents of tomatoes over the meat
  5. Dump both packets of soup mix over meat.
  6. Pour in Beef Broth.
  7. mix some water with half can of paste to dissolve the paste and pour the contents in.
  8. Fill the crockpot the rest of the way with water
  9. Cover and cook
  10. Then Enjoy 8 hours Later!
