Fish n miso

- 1 medium size fish shopping list
- 15 leaves with stem mustard - cut 2in long shopping list
- 1 medium size onion - sliced shopping list
- 3 ripe tomatoes - chopped shopping list
- 1 cup miso shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic- sliced shopping list
- 2 tablespoon cooking oil shopping list
- 1/2 matchbox size ginger- sliced shopping list
- 2 table spoon fish sauce shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- oil for frying shopping list
How to make it
- Wash fish ( i used carp in this recipe) then sprinkle a little salt then fry fish, do not overcooked.
- in a skillet heat cooking oil stirfry ginger when almost brown add garlic and onion.
- on top add the tomatoes and let it simmer until its skin turned transparent.
- add the miso, mixed well pour in water and fish sauce and let it boil for 3 minutes.
- on top add fish and mustard cover and simmer for 1 minute.
- then add salt and pepper according to taste
- serve with hot steaming rice.
