How to make it

  • Wash fish ( i used carp in this recipe) then sprinkle a little salt then fry fish, do not overcooked.
  • in a skillet heat cooking oil stirfry ginger when almost brown add garlic and onion.
  • on top add the tomatoes and let it simmer until its skin turned transparent.
  • add the miso, mixed well pour in water and fish sauce and let it boil for 3 minutes.
  • on top add fish and mustard cover and simmer for 1 minute.
  • then add salt and pepper according to taste
  • serve with hot steaming rice.
