Ingredients
  • 1 medium size fish
  • 15 leaves with stem mustard - cut 2in long
  • 1 medium size onion - sliced
  • 3 ripe tomatoes - chopped
  • 1 cup miso
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cloves garlic- sliced
  • 2 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1/2 matchbox size ginger- sliced
  • 2 table spoon fish sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oil for frying

Directions
  1. Wash fish ( i used carp in this recipe) then sprinkle a little salt then fry fish, do not overcooked.
  2. in a skillet heat cooking oil stirfry ginger when almost brown add garlic and onion.
  3. on top add the tomatoes and let it simmer until its skin turned transparent.
  4. add the miso, mixed well pour in water and fish sauce and let it boil for 3 minutes.
  5. on top add fish and mustard cover and simmer for 1 minute.
  6. then add salt and pepper according to taste
  7. serve with hot steaming rice.
