Not really candy, but a chococlate confection to be served along with cake, berries and cream.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 lb semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 oz butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped dried fruit
  • 1/2 cup chopped asorted nuts ( walnuts, pecans, almonds setc )
  • 3/4 cup raisins

Directions
  1. Melt chocolate with butter and sugar.
  2. Blend in all remainign ingredients.
  3. Spread mixture flat on parcement paper
  4. Shape mixture into a cylinder using the parchment to help roll it.
  5. Chill well
  6. When well chilled, slice and serve along with poundcake, strawberries and cream
