Linguine With Clam Sauce Recipe
OK...I am not a seafood lover (I wish I was!) but this is my mother-in-law's recipe that my husband and son absolutely LOVE!

Ingredients
  • 2 6.5 ounce cans chopped clams, undrained
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup half & half
  • 1 egg yolk, lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup minced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 pound fresh linguine

Directions
  1. Saute onion & garlic in olive oil until tender
  2. Add clams/liquid
  3. Cook and stir for 3 minutes
  4. Add parsley, half and half, red pepper
  5. Toss with pasta and egg yolk
