Smoked Fish Spread

- 8oz Smoked fish, skin and bones removed shopping list
- 4 oz. mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 oz. onion, small dice shopping list
- 1 lg. lemon, juiced shopping list
- 1 T. fresh parsley, chopped shopping list
- 1 T. Dijon mustard shopping list
- dash Tabasco sauce shopping list
- to taste salt & pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Peel off skin and de-bone fish, crumble into a mixing bowl. Add all ingredients and mix well, taste and adjust seasonings, serve with toast points or crackers.
