Ingredients
  • 1 can salmon , drained, skinned and boned
  • 1 envelop (1.5 oz 4-cheese pasta sauce mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen pearl onions
  • 1 10 oz package frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 box corn bread muffin mix (8 1/2 oz)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray a 11 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Flake the salmon into the prepared dish.
  4. Wisk sauce mix and milk in saucepan; add onions.
  5. Simmer 5 minutes; stir in peas and carrots.
  6. Return to simmer; spoon over salmon.
  7. Prepare corn bread mix according to package directions.
  8. Spoon around outer edge of baking dish.
  9. Bake 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until heated through.
