Hot Quick Supper Dish

This is fast and easy, can be eaten for breakfast lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 or 5 large potatoes shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 tablespoons milk shopping list
- 1/4 cut up onion shopping list
- 1 rib of green or red pepper if desired shopping list
- 4-6 slices of crispy bacon shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Fry up potatoes, onion and green pepper. mix in Bacon when close to being done.
- While potaotes are cooking, mix the eggs, milk salt and pepper.
- Once potato mixture is done, pour egg mixture over the potatoe and stir and cook until eggs are done.
- Serve.
- May top with chopped tomato, avocado and/or cheese Or all of these. make it your own by adding things you like to it.
