- 3/4 C CHHENA , cottage cheese shopping list
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour or semolina shopping list
- 250 gm sugar shopping list
- 1000 ml water shopping list
- 6 cardamom shopping list
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence shopping list
How to make it
- Knead cheese and flour to make a soft dough.
- Make small balls from the dough and place cardamom seeds on the balls.
- Dissolve sugar in water and boil with the essence and make a light sugar syrup
- Add the prepared balls into it.
- Close with a lid and cook in low flame for 10 mins.
- Remove the lid and keep on fire until the syrup permeates the balls.
- Remove from fire and allow to cool .
- SERVE CHILLED
