Ingredients

3/4 C CHHENA , Cottage Cheese

1 tbsp all purpose flour or Semolina

250 gm Sugar

1000 ml Water

6 Cardamom

1/2 tsp Vanilla essence

Directions

Knead cheese and flour to make a soft dough.

Make small balls from the dough and place cardamom seeds on the balls.

Dissolve sugar in water and boil with the essence and make a light sugar syrup

Add the prepared balls into it.

Close with a lid and cook in low flame for 10 mins.

Remove the lid and keep on fire until the syrup permeates the balls.

Remove from fire and allow to cool .

SERVE CHILLED
