Empanaditas de Pollo

I love these they are very good to snack on.
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup mayonaise shopping list
- 1 cup manchego cheese shredded shopping list
- 6 jalapenos grilled chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup green onion shopping list
- 1tsp garlic salt shopping list
- 2 cups shreded chicken shopping list
- 1 pkg of 10 empanadas shopping list
- oil shopping list
How to make it
- for the filling add mayonaise, cheese, jalapenos. green onion, and garlic salt mix well
- add the chicken
- add the filling to the empanada dough wet the edges fold it in half
- Add oil to a pan
- fry them until golden brown serve while hot
