Ingredients

2/3 cup mayonaise

1 cup manchego cheese shredded

6 jalapenos grilled chopped

1/4 cup green onion

1tsp garlic salt

2 cups shreded chicken

1 pkg of 10 empanadas

oil

Directions

for the filling add mayonaise, cheese, jalapenos. green onion, and garlic salt mix well

add the chicken

add the filling to the empanada dough wet the edges fold it in half

Add oil to a pan

fry them until golden brown serve while hot
