Whipped Shortbread Recipe

How to make it

  • Add sugar to butter and beat together.
  • Add remaining ingredients and keep beating until mixture resembles whipped cream.
  • Take a heaping teaspoon of dough and place on the ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Place 1/4 red cherry and 1/4 green cherry on each round of dough.
  • Bake at 325 for 20 minutes.
