Orange Cinnamon Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c. white rice flour
  • 2 Tbsp.potato starch
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. orange juice

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease a 4x6-inch bread pan. Set aside.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together
  3. Add egg and orange juice. Mix well
  4. Pour mixture into prepared baking pan. Bake 35 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool before slicing.
