How to make it

  • Cut filet into two 8-0z pieces and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Squeeze about 1/2 lime or lemon over filets and let stand about 15 minutes.
  • Spray a jelly roll pan or other baking surface with the Butter spray (or EVOO spray) or just cover pan with aluminum foil for easy clean up.
  • Place filets on pan and spray with I can't Believe it's not Butter Spray--about 5 squirts per filet or to your taste.
  • Sprinkle filets to coat with pre-grated parmesan or parmesan and romano cheese (Kraft is good)
  • 6.Sprinkle Liberally with Ground Paprika
  • 7.Bake in 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes or until lthe fish is Almost done (do not overcook!!)
  • 8.Turn on Broiler unit and place filets under broiler for 5 minutes or until nicely browned on top (maybe 2-5 minutes) depending on thickness of filets.
  • Remove and serve!

This sounds good. I didn't think of parmesan for salmon.

That sounds really easy. I hate it when the fish gets dried out!

Now that looks really good. I have salmon and tilapia. Looks like fish in on the menu!
