Pats Parmesan Salmon Filets

- 1 pound Skinless salmon Filet shopping list
- Some salt and pepper, lightly sprinkled shopping list
- 1 Large, Juicy lime or lemon , quartered shopping list
- I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray shopping list
- Kraft or Sargento Grated Parmesan or Parmesan and shopping list
- romano cheese shopping list
- Some ground paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Cut filet into two 8-0z pieces and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
- Squeeze about 1/2 lime or lemon over filets and let stand about 15 minutes.
- Spray a jelly roll pan or other baking surface with the Butter spray (or EVOO spray) or just cover pan with aluminum foil for easy clean up.
- Place filets on pan and spray with I can't Believe it's not Butter Spray--about 5 squirts per filet or to your taste.
- Sprinkle filets to coat with pre-grated parmesan or parmesan and romano cheese (Kraft is good)
- 6.Sprinkle Liberally with Ground Paprika
- 7.Bake in 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes or until lthe fish is Almost done (do not overcook!!)
- 8.Turn on Broiler unit and place filets under broiler for 5 minutes or until nicely browned on top (maybe 2-5 minutes) depending on thickness of filets.
- Remove and serve!
