SPICY BROWN BEAR GLAZE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 jar (8 oz.) Spicy brown mustard
  • 2 cans (8-1/4 oz. each) crushed pineapple in syrup, undrained
  • 2/3 c. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • ΒΌ tsp. Cinnamon

Directions
  1. Thoroughly combine all ingredients.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Thirty minutes before ham is ready, score surface in diamond shapes; baste ham with glaze every 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Makes 3 cups glaze.
  5. Covers 8 pound ham.
