Ingredients
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 125 grams creme fraiche
  • 350 grams ground beef
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 leek chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 spanish red pepper, chopped
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • Canned Jalapeno peppers, 3 TBS, chopped
  • Spices: 2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp. oregano, 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar for top

Directions
  1. Whip cream cheese and creme fraiche with electric mixer.
  2. Spread in the bottom of 7X11 inch pyrex dish.
  3. Saute meat with spices, chopped vegetables.
  4. Meat should be nicely browned.
  5. Spread this over the cheese mix.
  6. Pour canned tomatoes over.
  7. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  8. Bake in oven at 400 F (225 C) about 20 minutes.
  9. Serve with a salad and tortilla chips. Maybe even guacamole!

Mmmm mmm mmm.... I don't eat beef because I'm a Hindu, but if there's one thing that could turn me, it's the photo with this recipe!
