How to make it

  • Whip cream cheese and creme fraiche with electric mixer.
  • Spread in the bottom of 7X11 inch pyrex dish.
  • Saute meat with spices, chopped vegetables.
  • Meat should be nicely browned.
  • Spread this over the cheese mix.
  • Pour canned tomatoes over.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Bake in oven at 400 F (225 C) about 20 minutes.
  • Serve with a salad and tortilla chips. Maybe even guacamole!

    Mmmm mmm mmm.... I don't eat beef because I'm a Hindu, but if there's one thing that could turn me, it's the photo with this recipe!
