Nachos

- 200 grams cream cheese shopping list
- 125 grams creme fraiche shopping list
- 350 grams ground beef shopping list
- 1 yellow onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 leek chopped shopping list
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1 spanish red pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1 can crushed tomatoes shopping list
- canned jalapeno peppers, 3 TBS, chopped shopping list
- Spices: 2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp. oregano, 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar for top shopping list
How to make it
- Whip cream cheese and creme fraiche with electric mixer.
- Spread in the bottom of 7X11 inch pyrex dish.
- Saute meat with spices, chopped vegetables.
- Meat should be nicely browned.
- Spread this over the cheese mix.
- Pour canned tomatoes over.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in oven at 400 F (225 C) about 20 minutes.
- Serve with a salad and tortilla chips. Maybe even guacamole!
