Simple Fruit Salad Recipe
Refreshing combination of fruit. Nice with a muffin for breakfast or with cottage cheese for lunch!

Ingredients
  • 1 kiwi fruit,peeled and sliced 1/4" slices
  • 1 banana,sliced,1.4' sklice
  • 12 green seedless grapes
  • 1(10 oz.)can mandarin oranges,drained,reserve juice
  • 1 red plum,cut in 1/2' wedges,cut wedges in half
  • 1tsp. sugar or sugar substitute
  • 1 lime

Directions
  1. Prepare and mix all fruit in a bowl
  2. Measure 1/4 c of the reserved manadrin orange juice,squeeze in the juice of 1 lime.(approv 2 Tbs and stir in sugar or substitute
  3. Pour over the fruit,refrigerate 1 hour otr till well chilled
