Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 1/2 cup flaked fish (any kind will do)
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced parsley
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • teaspoon curry powder (optional)

Directions
  1. combine all ingredients in top of double boiler, heat over boiling water
  2. serve with a crusty warm bread and butter
