Ingredients

1 cup cooked rice

1 1/2 cup flaked fish (any kind will do)

2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

salt and pepper

2 tablespoons minced parsley

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon butter

teaspoon curry powder (optional)

Directions

combine all ingredients in top of double boiler, heat over boiling water

serve with a crusty warm bread and butter
