How to make it

  • cut boneless skinless chicken breasts into cubes
  • cube the peppers and pineapple
  • prepare any other vegetables that you want to add
  • skewer the chicken and vegetables alternating
  • if using wooden skewers don't forget to soak them first
  • cook on medium for 6-8 minutes or when chicken is cooked
  • you can use the bbq sauce to dip your chicken in...I watered some down a bit and brushed it onto the skewers just before they were done
