- 2 large chicken breasts boned skinned and cut into thin strips shopping list
- 16 large shrimp cleaned and deveined shopping list
- flour to dust shrimp and chicken shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil shopping list
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon white pepper shopping list
- 1 cup dry white wine shopping list
- 4 cups sliced fresh mushrooms shopping list
- 16 plum tomatoes cut into wedges shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 1/4 cup clam stock shopping list
- 1 pound fresh linguine cooked and held warm shopping list
How to make it
- Dust chicken and shrimp with flour then set aside.
- In large sauté pan heat oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken and sear 1 minute on each side.
- Add shrimp and garlic then sauté stirring constantly 2 minutes turning shrimp after 45 seconds.
- Add salt, pepper and wine then cook to reduce for 2 minutes.
- Add mushrooms, tomatoes, parsley and stock then cook 2 minutes longer.
- Toss with hot pasta.
