How to make it

  • In a microwave jug combine chocolate and 1/4 of the milk.
  • Heat on 100% power for 30 seconds then reduce power to 30% and contunue cooking, stirring every minute, until all is melted and smooth.
  • Dissolve gelatine in hot water and add to chocolate mixture.
  • Mix in egg yolks and stir well.
  • Whip rest of evaporated milk and egg whites until thick then slowly add chocolate mix.
  • Pour into 4 serving dishes, decorate if desired and refrigerate for 2 hours.
