Ingredients
  • Two pieces of Flat Out Flat Bread
  • Two tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Pizza Sauce (any brand)
  • 1/4 cup shredded Mozzerella Cheese
  • One Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • Five 1/4 inch thick pieces of Fresh Mozzerella
  • 1/4 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • One Large Roma Tomato
  • 1/4 large Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh Spinach
  • Parmesean Cheese
  • Garlic Pepper
  • Sea Salt

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Brush olive oil on one piece of flat out flat bread, sprinkle with minced garlic and the 1/4 cup of shredded mozzerella. Place second piece of flat out flat bread on top of first piece. Brush with olive oil and spoon pizza sauce over top. Slice tomato into thin disks and place on pizza. Arrange remaining vegetables on pizza. Sprinkle with Parm Cheese and cut fresh mozzerella into 1/4 inch disks or pieces. Arrange cheese on pizza and season with garlic pepper and sea salt.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese starts to brown. Serves one or two people.
