A raspberry delight suited to spring. In the Spirit's variation on the classic Kir Royale substituting De Kuyper Rapsberry (Framboise is French for Raspberry) instead of De Kuyper Crème de Cassis.
Ingredients
- 2 Shots De Kuyper raspberry liqueur shopping list
- Top up champagne shopping list
How to make it
- In a wine or flute glass, pour in the 2 shots of De Kuyper Raspberry Liqueur and top up with chilled Champagne.
- Garnish
- -----------
- A couple of fresh raspberries on a cocktail stick resting on the rim of the flute or wine glass.

Hello....
I have always loved this drink!
I was first introduced to it in the "70's"...
at a beautiful restaurant along the California coast!.I have also enjoyed it with"Chablis".
