  • IN CROCK POT:
  • Heat 1/4 cup OLIVE OIL~~Cut INTO BITE SIZE CUBES~~chuck roast. DREDGE CUBES in flour with salt and pepper & brown. ADD 1 CUP WATER. ADD ALL VEGETABLES & BEEF CUBE. STIR WELL. ADD can of beef broth. SIMMER for about an hour or until vegetables are soft and meat is tender. Remove bay leaf. and serve
