Quick Easy Chili

- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- 1-2 pounds thin cut, boneless beef of choice, cut into bite size chunks. shopping list
- 1 Large can Brooks Hot chili beans (or 2 regular cans) shopping list
- 1 Large can Brooks Mild chili beans (or 2 regular cans) shopping list
- 1 Large can diced tomato's and green chile's shopping list
- 1 onion, diced shopping list
- 3-4 large spoon fulls chili powder. (add more or take away to suit your taste) shopping list
- 1 tblsp. cooking oil shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil over Medium-High heat, add thin cut beef, and brown.
- Add ground beef, brown, and drain.
- At the same time you can stir all other ingredients into a large pot, and set on Medium heat.
- Stir meat into the pot, and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Until heated thoroughly.
- VARIATIONS: You can fry the onion with the meat mixture for better flavor.
- You also might like to add jalapeƱos for a spicier chili.
- I also add green peppers to mine when I have them on hand and they sound good.
- Serve with crackers, cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips, corn chips ect.
