Quick Easy Chili Recipe
Everyone in my family loves my chili...funny thing is, it is mostly canned ingredients, and I don't stand over the stove all day cooking it.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1-2 pounds thin cut, boneless beef of choice, cut into bite size chunks.
  • 1 Large can Brooks Hot chili beans (or 2 regular cans)
  • 1 Large can Brooks Mild chili beans (or 2 regular cans)
  • 1 Large can diced tomato's and green chile's
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3-4 large spoon fulls chili powder. (add more or take away to suit your taste)
  • 1 tblsp. cooking oil

Directions
  1. Heat oil over Medium-High heat, add thin cut beef, and brown.
  2. Add ground beef, brown, and drain.
  3. At the same time you can stir all other ingredients into a large pot, and set on Medium heat.
  4. Stir meat into the pot, and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Until heated thoroughly.
  5. VARIATIONS: You can fry the onion with the meat mixture for better flavor.
  6. You also might like to add jalapeƱos for a spicier chili.
  7. I also add green peppers to mine when I have them on hand and they sound good.
  8. Serve with crackers, cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips, corn chips ect.
