This is a dressing we made at a local bar/cafe I worked at. The dressing is a sweet, creamy dressing with a bit of a bite at the end. This is great on salad or as a dipping sauce. It also makes a wonderful pepper slaw.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 gal real mayo
  • 2 cups honey
  • 1 cup jalapeño peppers, diced
  • 1/8 - 1/4 c juice from peppers. (optional)

Directions
  1. Stir the mayo and honey together until there are no ribbons of honey remaining.
  2. Dice the jalapeños in blender.
  3. Add jalapeños to mayo mixture.
  4. Optional: Add pepper juice for more bite.
