How to make it

  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat melt butter.
  • Stir in cabbage, 2 tablespoons vinegar and 3/4 teaspoon sugar.
  • Cook uncovered over medium heat stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.
  • Ad remaining vinegar and sugar during last minute of cooking.
  • Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
