How to make it
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat melt butter.
- Stir in cabbage, 2 tablespoons vinegar and 3/4 teaspoon sugar.
- Cook uncovered over medium heat stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.
- Ad remaining vinegar and sugar during last minute of cooking.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
