I like to serve these beans with my Mexican rice and some enchiladas.

Ingredients
  • 1 can Small Red Beans
  • 1 can Del Monte Stewed Tomatoes w/ Green Chilies
  • 2 teaspoons minced Garlic
  • 1/2 can of water

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, then cover and let simmer for about 15 minutes.
  3. Serve over rice.
