Easy Spicy Salmon Fishcakes

- 1 potato (large egg sized). Cooked and mashed. shopping list
- 1 large 415g can of salmon, drained shopping list
- 1 stick or celery chopped shopping list
- half onion chopped shopping list
- 2 tbsp mayo shopping list
- 1 tsp hot spice, chilli shopping list
- 1 tsp paprika shopping list
- chopped fresh corriander shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- A few tbsps breadcrumbs for coating shopping list
- 2 tbsp olive oil for frying shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Shape into 6 patties.
- Roll in breadcumbs.
- Fry in oil on reasonable heat until browned.
- Serve with rice and veggies and wedge of lemon.
