Apple Crunch Cake

Delicious apple cake with pecans!
Ingredients
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 3 cups finely chopped apples shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 3 cups self-rising flour, sifted shopping list
- 2 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- Confectioners sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Beat eggs.
- Add sugar, oil, flour, salt, vanilla, and pecans.
- Do not overmix.
- Gently fold in apples.
- Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
- Cool in pan on wire rack.
- Lightly dust with confectioners sugar.
