Pasta with Prawns Recipe

How to make it

  • Cook the pasta as instructed on the packet
  • Meanwhile in a pan, heat the olive oil
  • Saute the onions and garlic till translucent
  • Add the prawns and cook till just pink
  • Add the cooked pasta with a little of the cooking water
  • Toss around till mixed
  • Add the Lemon juice and zest
  • Sprinkle the parsley and give it a quick toss
  • Turn off the heat before the parsley cooks too much
  • Serve.
