How to make it

  • 1. Cut pork chop into 1 cm thick slices and pound it with a metal knob unitl tender.
  • 2. Mix with marinade ingredients overnight.
  • 3. Heat 5 tbsps of oil in a pan and pan-fry the pork chop till golden brown. Dish and drain.
  • 4. Cut into small bite size pieces.
  • 5. Leave 2 tbsps oil in a pan, pour in the sauce ingredients and cook till thick. Add in pork chops, mixed well and dish up.
