Chinese Style Pork Chops

- 3 pcs of pork chops shopping list
- marinade with : shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- A dash of pepper shopping list
- 1 tbsp corn flour shopping list
- 2 tbsps water shopping list
- Sauce : shopping list
- 2 tbsps HP sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp LP worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Cut pork chop into 1 cm thick slices and pound it with a metal knob unitl tender.
- 2. Mix with marinade ingredients overnight.
- 3. Heat 5 tbsps of oil in a pan and pan-fry the pork chop till golden brown. Dish and drain.
- 4. Cut into small bite size pieces.
- 5. Leave 2 tbsps oil in a pan, pour in the sauce ingredients and cook till thick. Add in pork chops, mixed well and dish up.
