This is a Chinese style of pork chops. Goes well with white rice or spaghetti.

Ingredients
  • 3 pcs of pork chops
  • Marinade with :
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • A dash of pepper
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsps water
  • Sauce :
  • 2 tbsps HP sauce
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp LP Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions
  1. 1. Cut pork chop into 1 cm thick slices and pound it with a metal knob unitl tender.
  2. 2. Mix with marinade ingredients overnight.
  3. 3. Heat 5 tbsps of oil in a pan and pan-fry the pork chop till golden brown. Dish and drain.
  4. 4. Cut into small bite size pieces.
  5. 5. Leave 2 tbsps oil in a pan, pour in the sauce ingredients and cook till thick. Add in pork chops, mixed well and dish up.
