Peanut Butter Cookies With A Hint Of Orange Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 180c
  • Grease 2 baking trays
  • Cream butter, orange rind, peanut butter, marg and both sugars together until light and fluffy.
  • Work in egg and stir in flour to form a firm mixture.
  • Roll into walnut sized balls and space well apart on baking trays.
  • Flatten with a large spatula until thin.
  • Bake for 15mins until golden brown.
