Peanut Butter Cookies With A Hint Of Orange Recipe

Ingredients

100g SR flour

50g castor sugar

50g butter or marg

3tbsp peanut butter

1 egg, beaten

grated rind of half an orange

3tbsp brown sugar

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180c

Grease 2 baking trays

Cream butter, orange rind, peanut butter, marg and both sugars together until light and fluffy.

Work in egg and stir in flour to form a firm mixture.

Roll into walnut sized balls and space well apart on baking trays.

Flatten with a large spatula until thin.

Bake for 15mins until golden brown.
