Big Mamaws Cornbread

Even though I don't use mixes saved this - got this off a barbecue group- rated very highly because its moist and dense
Ingredients
- 2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix shopping list
- 4 eggs - beaten shopping list
- 1 1/2 sticks butter - melted shopping list
- 1 pkg ( 12 oz ) frozen corn - thawed shopping list
- 1 med onion - diced fine shopping list
- 1 cup small curd cottage cheese shopping list
- Pinch of sugar shopping list
- chopped green chilis or jalapenos totally optional shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients - mix well and pour into buttered 9 X 13
- casserole dish.
- Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 35-40 minutes..until
- golden brown.
