How to make it

  • Cut pork into 1 inch cubes
  • Put fennel seed, basil, salt and pepper into processor on high until basil is chopped.
  • Add pork 1 cup at a time until ground
  • Leave sausage whole or put into natural casings.

    Well, that's a neat idea. I have a sausage grinder for venison but your way looks more practical. This looks good to me!
