Adrianas Homemade Italian Sausage

- 1 lb lean pork shopping list
- 2 tbs fennel seed shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh whole basil leaves washed and dried shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste - I like to use sea salt and pepper corns about 1/2 tbs of each shopping list
- (if you want to spice it up add red pepper flakes) shopping list
How to make it
- Cut pork into 1 inch cubes
- Put fennel seed, basil, salt and pepper into processor on high until basil is chopped.
- Add pork 1 cup at a time until ground
- Leave sausage whole or put into natural casings.
